Real Estate Sales for the month of AUGUST 2013

Here is what happened in all of MADISON COUNTY, ALABAMA for the month of August, 2013

I compared these numbers to the same month in 2012.
New on the market in 2012 was 853 , 2013 is 900
Pending in 2012 was 280, 2013 is 316
Sold in 2012 was 494, 2013 is 495

The Real Estate Market in the Huntsville, Alabama Area

Hello Everyone!

This will be short and sweet because I have never "blogged" before! It should be great fun!

I feel like one of the luckiest Realtors in the world to live in the Huntsville, Alabama area! Our Real Estate Market remains vibrant relative to many other areas in the Country.

Huntsville is in the top ten cities in America to live during these tough economic times according to several different major publications.

I was born here in Huntsville and have lived here most all my life. Great people! Low crime! Solid economical situation and more. One of the coolest things for me is that Huntsville is convenient to other fun cities. 1 1/2 hours to Nashville, Tn 3 1/2 hours to Atlanta, Georgia,
3 1/2 hours to Memphis, Tn (and Tunica) 1 1/2 hours from Birmingham, Alabama and oh....we're about 3 hours from Tuscaloosa and the Alabama Crimson Tide! Roll Tide! (just couldn't resist)

Well, enough for now......but if you're moving to the North Alabama Area and need a Realtor, I would certainly love to meet you and have the opportunity to EARN your business!
